Promo video for Kadorr Group (Odessa)
The commercial video was created based on our script. During the production process the complex was still under construction, though some shots were captured in completed parts of the building like the parking lot and the video surveillance room. People were filmed at the studio on a green background. Quadrocopter shooting was performed at different times of the day in order to reach the most appropriate visual effect. The sunrise time-lapse was being taken from the roof of the building several times to choose the best shot.

Promo video for Avtorskiy Rayon (Odessa)
The video was created based on the given script and shot breakdown (storyboard). An animatic was created according to the storyboard in order to enhance photorealism, which was a documentary reference for both the client and the camera crew. This allowed to calculate the precise camera route and the proper angle of sunbeams, which in turn created the natural light.
By the time of video creation the building had been at the initial stage of construction. However, while watching the video the potential buyers can already see themselves living at the premises.

Video content for Veles Place site (Kiev)
This video content for a motion-site was created together with web developers to fully meet the specific needs of web production.
The full overflight video around the building is later cut down into small pieces, which then become single menu items.
Also the transition from the overflight to the top view was performed, with a certain interface allowing to take a close look at apartment plans on all floors, including the parking.
The daytime view of the building was chosen as default but the night-time one was also created to outline the unusual design of the construction.
